On Tuesday June 28, 2023, our team attended a networking event with the Chatham Chamber of Commerce at the Carolina Tiger Rescue in Pittsboro, North Carolina. It was a great opportunity to meet more members of the Chatham Chamber of Commerce as well as to learn about the different animals cared for by the Carolina Tiger Rescue.
The Carolina Tiger Rescue rescues wild felines and canines from all over the country. The animals stay at the facility for the rest of their lives and are rescued from private individuals, facilities that have closed, and animals that have been confiscated by law enforcement. They even have rescued some tigers from the infamous Tiger King, Joe Exotic. Each animal has a unique personality and background. The Carolina Tiger Rescue team is dedicated to appreciating these animals and how they live their lives in the wild. The animal enclosures are designed to give the animals an experience that is as close to how they would normally live. They include different types of stimulation for the animals such as large balls, newspapers, pools, and more.
Our team appreciates the Chatham Chamber of Commerce for hosting this event and allowing for extended connections between business owners in the area.
